Crafted from 1" thick (25mm) chemical- resistant phenolic sheet stock, our pegboards demonstrate durability and resilience. The 3/8" (9.525mm) diameter holes, combined with 2-prong removable polypropylene pegs (PP) and stainless-steel drip troughs, enhance functionality and ensure efficient drying and drainage to epoxy or other sinks.

Chemical-Resistant Construction

Precision Design
The 3/8" diameter 2-prong holes provide versatility, accommodating different labware sizes. Removable, non-rotating polypropylene pegs and stainless-steel drip troughs contribute to a well- designed and adaptable system.
Pegboard Size
8 inches wide x 24 inches high; 24 inches x 30 inches; 30" x 30" or 30" x 36" x 1" thick (25mm) thickness, are industry standards or size as indicated on drawings or architectural specifications. Custom sizes available upon request.
Pegs
Phenolic pegboards are equipped with 5-inch long; 6-1/2-inch long; or 8-inch long double studded oval (2-Prong) Black pegs with finished edge, or combination thereof of the above sizes. 2-prong black PP pegs are set at a 30 degree horizontal angle to adhere to industry standards and are readily available in stock. White Pegs available with longer lead time. Replacement Pegs are offered at 10 units per package minimum order, any size 2-prong peg.
Pegboard Colors
Black #0082 (Industry Standard) to match phenolic or epoxy countertops or as selected by Architect from manufacturer's full range, to include:
White #0085; Pastel (silver) grey #0074, Charcoal grey #0077 or Dark grey #0075.
Drip Tray:
Stainless steel drip tray / trough, with PVC tubing / hose to match width of pegboard / drying rack. See list of undermount stainless steel drip trays available in 2" or 4" deep (51 to 102mm).
