Solid phenolic laboratory peg boards, or drying racks, are critical to schools, universities, research laboratories and other facilities around the world. Max Phenolic is one of the leading providers of phenolic, chemical resistant laboratory drying racks and pegboards. Our chemical resistant boards are perfect for drying beakers, test tubes and other equipment in the work or school environment. Pegboards are made from 1" thick (25mm) chemical resistant phenolic sheet stock, with 3/8" (9.525mm) diameter holes, 2 prong removable polypropylene pegs (PP) and stainless-steel drip troughs with drain outlet and hose. Polypropylene (PP) pegs are produced with 2 Prongs in either black or white color, in lengths of 5" (127 mm); 6.5" (165 mm) and 8" (200 mm) (or in combination thereof) . Black PP Pegs 5" and 6.5" - two prong are industry standard and in stock.

2.4 LABORATORY ACCESSORIES
A. Pegboards: Total laboratory Solutions, Laboratory Grade Solid Phenolic Compact (SPC) pegboards / drying racks with removable 3/8-inch diameter x 5/8" length polypropylene pegs and stainless-steel drip troughs with drain outlet and 3 ft hose.

2. Size: 18 inches wide x 24 inches high; 24 inches x 30 inches or 30" x 30" x 1" thick (25mm) thickness, as industry standards or size as indicated on drawings or architectural specifications.
3. Pegs: Provide 5-inch long; 6-1/2-inch long; or 8-inch long double studded oval (2 Prong) Black or White pegs with finish edge, or combination thereof for the above sizes. 2-prong PP pegs are to be set at a 30 degree horizontal angle for effective support and drainage of lab glassware.
4. Pegboard color: Black # 0082 (Industry Standard) or as selected by Architect from manufacturer's full range, to include: White #0085; Pastel (silver) grey #0074, Charcoal grey #0077 or Dark grey #0075.
5. Drip Tray: Stainless steel Drip tray / trough, with PVC tubing / hose to match width of pegboard / drying rack. See list of Under Mount Stainless steel Drip Trays available. Available 2' or 4' wide (51 to 102mm).
